The staff is the highlight of this hotel. They are super friendly and always eager to be of service, especially the front desk employees. I will always stay here in Hsinchu when looking for a place.

The facilities & room were amazing. We were in a family room, it was spacious for my family of four. My kids 8&10 had room to play and it was extremely safe for them to independently roam around and play in the hotel facilities. The price is also extremely fair and I really enjoyed our stay.
