Once we arrived, the owner met with us and gave a good explanation of the accommodation etc. The building is very new and extremely clean and well looked after. Our room was spacious, and the bath was an added bonus! The balcony was nice for us to relax on the evening.

Very thoughtful touches that showed the designers or owners have stayed in hostels, like the doors opening quietly and keeping the lockers/bathrooms away from the beds to make it quieter in the dorm rooms. Everyone who worked there was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

Beautiful comfortable rooms. They even had tvs with modern movies on them and water dispensers on each floor. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a typhoon approaching from the east whilst I was staying and they were really helpful with advice on what will happen and what to do. They helped booked taxis too and gave good food tips. Most of the staff could speak enough English to help without using google translate too. It is in a great location to walk around town and amongst lots of food places. It is a little far from the train station but I’m not sure if there is much happening up there anyway.
