The property was spotlessly clean! Everything was new and sparkling. The hotel is newly opened hence everything felt fresh & neat. Rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable. It has all the essentials needed for basic cooking. View from the hotel room is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is well trained and they do an amazing job. I had some work-related stuff to be done in Trabzon. I was worn out after the Trip. I arrived at the hotel and OMG! They were really helpful, they served me with anything I asked for, and I even needed to rent a car, they helped me with that as well! I'd DEFINITELY recommend it if you're going to Trabzon.
