Everything about this place is beyond expectation. Sunit & Tee’s Garden Home is absolutely a Gem in the beautiful city of Phayao. Great little place just a 10 minute walk from the promenade. 6 mins to a 7/11 and decent coffee. Cheap and cheerful accommodation, not posh but functional.
