New and clean. We had a twin room with two double beds. Spacious, quiet and clean. The noice from the departing airplanes can be heard but not too bad. Rooms are clean and everything is new. The amenities/ towels are all in place and nice. The breakfast is ok with cold cuts, eggs, bread and pastry. We stayed one night between flights. The hotel is just a 7-minute drive from the airport, so it is very convenient and we used the free of charge hotel transfer. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't fault the service or the quality of my stay. The manager Kim and his staff were friendly and Kim went out of his way to make sure I was as comfortable as could be. He offered me an upgrade to a larger more comfortable room after I'd missed my connecting flight and he could see I was somewhat distressed. Kim's English is excellent. The room was amazing. The bed extremely comfortable and the bed linens and goose down pillows and duvet were of the highest quality. Kim took time to demonstrate how everything worked. He has had the hotel fitted out with some of the latest up to date electrical and technology fittings. The interior decor was wonderful. Breakfast was very nice with a big variety of options. Kim was able to provide me with a shuttle service to the airport ( which is extremely close) the next morning to ensure I had plenty of time to catch my flight. He even printed maps of the terminals so I couldn't get lost. All up, a 💯% quality stay in this brand new hotel. Pricing was very reasonable.

I travel quite a lot and stay typically close to Belgrade Airport. This is the best accommodation I have ever had. Clean, comfortable...simply excellent. Even beer is included 😀 The owner can take you to the airport for a small fee. Strongly recommend!

Everything was just perfect, nice and cozy room with new furniture, simple but elaborate interior, exceptional cleanliness, quiet area, near the supermarket, 5 minutes to the airport. I asked about transfer to the airport and it was comfortable and just in time. Also there is a small kitchen with microwave, tea and coffee. Owners are efficient and helpful. Definitely recommended.
