Excellent customer service. Was greeted immediately with coffee and dates, someone took my luggage, they asked about finding the place and parking and this was all repeated when I left - someone took my luggage with me to the car. Rooms are immaculately clean and gorgeous, fantastic rooftop to view the surrounding city and a very snappy keyfab system to enter the building and the rooms. True 5 star experience while maintaining a family atmosphere at a very affordable price!

It’s a stunning property with a beautiful garden and very spacious rooms. From the terrace you get a nice view of the mountains too. Old town is a short and nice walk, but not too close so it’s very quiet. Abdullah (the owner) and his staff were all very friendly and professional. All of this comes at a surprisingly affordable price. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a traditional building in a historic village. The rooms are comfortable and decorated in Omani style. You must leave your car in a public parking lot, but the hotel's friendly staff will help you carry your luggage. Tasty meals are served on the terrace with a picturesque view. We received a nice gift upon departure.
