I had a great time during my 3 days stay at Fort Guesthouse, its located in old town Mutrah and its a 7 min. walk to the souq and restaurants. The owner is friendly and the caretakers Mubarak and Nihara are so kind and helpfull and took great care of me while I was there. Would stay there again if coming back to Muscat.

The staff were very helpful and always went above and beyond. We got an upgrade for my birthday to a pool access room which was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was amazing they had lots of options and you can order your eggs. The gym was good and had everything you need.

The apartment is amazing (it is equipped with literally everything you may by any chance need ;)) Everything was prepared in details and in a very stylish way. Great contact with the host. Very comfy beds. We also enjoyed jacuzzi:) The pool is great, clean and just 2 minutes walk from the flat. The beach is a bit further but definitely worth of visiting.

The location is beautiful, nice beach and so nice for snorkeling! Staff super nice and helpuf all the time. Breakfast was amazing, we ate so much every morning! Very quite, love the swimming pool that is sligthly heated and love the lazy river! Nice the big chess to play!

Spacious clean apartment, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and toilet, good water flow, quiet location, parking in front of the house, few meters from the beach, close to shops, very accommodating host, arranged everything. We had a lot of fun.

I had booked a hotel closer to the grand mosque but changed at the last minute because Naseem seemed better location. And it was! Excellent location and we had a sea view, straight into the port and the Sultans yachts. Also close to excellent restaurants and the souq. Very good breakfasts. Easy to access by car from all directions, good parking.
