I was able to stay in a clean, comfortable room that had recently been remodeled at a reasonable price. The family friendly staff are friendly and very helpful. The food and room service are also delicious. They even cooked Korean-style ramen, which is not on the menu, for us who came from Korea.

We liked everything and we will stay again at the end of our Nepal trip! The staff is amazing, the room super clean, the bathroom amazing with satisfying hot water, the location is the best, the bed is super comfy, the decoration & vibe of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast... The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was luxurious, the staff were great and they helped us during and even after our stay. They stored our luggage after the check out while we toured the city. The tour manager was great as well, he helped us with the booking and then rescheduling of flight tickets to Pokhara.
