Everything was perfect. Service is fantastic. Staff are all very pleasant and eager to please. The manager, Dol, makes it a point to speak with every new guest and offer tips and recommendations. Hotel is well-located, close to shopping, dining and touristy places. The restaurant/bar at the hotel makes the best masala chai i’ve ever had!

The restaurant was outstanding, offering delicious, perfectly prepared meals that exceeded our expectations every time. And the location? Absolutely ideal! Nestled close to the city center, the hotel is just a 15-minute walk to Durbar Square, and the route takes you right through a vibrant bazaar—the perfect chance to pick up unique gifts and souvenirs while soaking in the lively atmosphere of the Thamel quarter. This area is a dream for backpackers, with its charming streets, hidden gems, and rooftop restaurants offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountains. One of the highlights of our trip was a Himalayan exploration tour that the hotel staff arranged for us. The price was reasonable, and we spent a whole day hiking in the hills, getting closer to the majestic mountains we had longed to see. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we truly appreciated how effortlessly they helped make it happen. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Absolute gem in Thamel. From amazing staff to the facilities provided. Impeccable! This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the vicinity. Food prepared by the very professional and passionate chef who has worked in the US and in Gulf. Reception staff is extremely caring and vigilant, always ready to assist. The welcome drink and cold towel to fresh up is very thoughtful. Mandip was very helpful with booking our transportation and cultural dinner. Also, the bell-boy was extremely nice and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would love to stay here again! Kudos to the management for such standards.
