The staff was superb and made our stay exeptional. During our Chitwan safari we even had a waiter, pleasant and professional, serving us well-prepared dishes and our tour was very well organised. Our dinner in the hotel restaurant also met our highest expectations. Our room was clean and even nicer than displayed in the pictures. We do recommend this hotel to everybody.

Fanstatic location, sunrise and sunset river's view from cottages. Watching wild animals (rhinow, elephants, crocodiles, buffalos, monkeys just from patio. Real experience of Nature. Real warmth of family who run the place. Best place ever in Chitwan:) Serving homemade fresh meals until late night.

I had a great stay at Tara house, Such amazing kind n generous family running the house Always smiling, helpful, and just offering from the heart That's why i felt home away from home... The room is spacious and clean with hot shower. Good WiFi. I loved the beautiful green cozy garden full of ducks and chickens...so peaceful. The house located in quite area away from.the main street and the noise. Yet it's like 20 min. Walk to the main street of Saurah where many shops, restaurants. There is nearby river like 5 min walk. Almost 30 min. Walk to Saurah bus stop..or you can take a tuktuk for 200 Rupees. It is almost 30min walk to elephant breeding center Just FYI. ..If you love and care about animals, i don't recommend getting a ticket and get into the breeding center itself cuz it's truly a heart breaking seeing the poor mother elephants with their babies in chain just for the sake of the tourists to take photos and have fun.. I felt regret that i made it to the breeding center and had to watch that crime ....i didn't know that was the case Apart from that...the surrounding forest of the breading center is really worth visiting and enjoying the sunset their by the river ... Vikki can book for u Safari tours and also the bus. He arranged private tuktuk ride to 20 thousand lake for 1500 Rupees. And also booked for me the bus to Kathmandu for 900 rupees. The food there is really tasty and for good price. Thank you Tara family for the memorable stay , i will definitely come back whenever i. In Chitwan

Thanks the hosts for supporting our Chitwan experience. I was happy that you could help us to manage all our activities. The room was fine, amazing wifi speed, hot water 24h, perfect location near the National park and restaurants, but on the quiet street. A rhino in the backyard was included :DD

The people who own the hotel and their family made me feel like home. I wasn't lacking anything throughout my stay starting from the numerous bottles of water to having pre-ordered breakfast and lunch when I did my safari to make sure I have something to eat straight away when I come back. The food was really good - if you like bananas and pancakes i can highly recommend the banana pancakes there. All the staff was really helpful and wanted me to have the most amazing time and I really appreciate that. I was also very grateful for the welcome activity when I arrived to familiarise me with the place. I had a great guide for it as well as for my Safaris. Very knowledgable and skilled people. Everybody says that Nepali people are one of the friendliest people and looking at my experience I can only confirm that now. Thanks for making me so comfortable Raj and family and I highly recommend everyone to stay at Rhino lodge.

One of the best places we stayed on my Nepal trip with me boys. Very comfortable rooms, very clean, great location and great aircon and ceiling fans which were much needed after hot days on safari/buses. They provided breakfast for good price and was fresh and great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they have a well stocked supermarket at the front. Very happy we stayed here and would recommend to others indeed.

We felt the most welcomed by Sujan and his family. They are always there to make your stay and Chitwan experience amazing. Sorted us out for a walking and jeep safari, packed lunch for us and next day even booked our bus out of town with tuktuk pick up. The breakfast pancakes are delicious and filling. The room and bedsheets were clean, the hot water (as almost everywhere in Nepal) was a bit unreliable, but always at least warm enough for a quick shower. All in all great stay, we would come back again! P. S. The private walking tour is spot on, we saw so many animals, much closer then from the jeep.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are very inviting and the room itself was also very stylish and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the private balcony. The room was very clean and had everything you could need, including a mosquito net above the bed. The hotel has a restaurant and I really liked the food. The staff was also very nice, the owner organized all the tours for me and brought me and other guests there, as well as picking us up. They have a few pets as well that roam around the property, they are calm and not bothersome at all.

The place is simply amazing. Is a nature-friendly accomodation with all services (electricity, wifi, hot shower, kitchen) which is perfect if you like nature. Staying in a tree house is a dream. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the food is amazing, one of the best dal bhat I have tried in Nepal. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, I felt like family. Location is great, close to the river and elefant breeding center. If you like nature I recommend this place 100%!

People are super warm and friendly. They helped me in every way and in whatever I needed it. They make me feel at home. First day I arrived, the owner of the hotel, took me and other people to a bird watching experience at the Natural Reserve which is just across the hotel. Very kind man. Food was super.👍😊 Great family. I fully recommend this lovely family hotel to anyone who wants to feel relax in a safe and happy place .

At this homestay you feel like you are part of the family who lives here. The mum really takes care of you like you are her own child and she knows her way around the towns. The dad is a really nice chill person and guides you easily through the jungle to see the animals you'd like to see. If you are lucky of course cause the man isn't an animal whisperer. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Such a beautiful family who were always happy to see us. They went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The location was great, just a short walk to the main street with lots of food and shops. Prakash was just the best - he was always so friendly and organised absolutely everything for us to make our stay stress free and fun!

I liked very warm and personal touch. The family didn't complain about my kids although they are quite active. The room was clean, had a fan and nice bathroom. It is possible to order breakfast and other homemade food. They also organised very sensible tours for us with good guides and all the transportation.
