The hotel's location is about a 5–10 minute walk from the lake. It's not too close to the busy area, which makes it a great place to relax. The room and bathroom look exactly like the photos—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both the breakfast and room service meals were varied and delicious. The laundry service was also excellent. What impressed us the most was the service from the manager. He gave us lots of useful advice for our trip in Pokhara and arranged a reasonably priced and high-quality day tour for us. He also kept track of the best time for us to see Machapuchare (Fishtail Mountain), and thanks to his help, we were lucky enough to see it—truly grateful for that. He also booked a taxi for our airport transfer and got us plane tickets to Kathmandu. The other staff members were also extremely friendly and helpful. These were some of the happiest days of our time in Nepal. Would definitely return to Pokhara just to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend this place!

The place is quit comfy, clean enough, nice space to leave things ... I was Happy here. They are not bak bed you only share room with 2 more people. Hoy water and wifi working properly, very close to the lake. When I arrived was very early in the morning but I could do the check in anyway even they gave me a place to stay Till my rom was ready. All the help I ned was provided, very good price for value ... what more can I say ... very nice stay I really recomend this place.

Clean room with a nice view from the balcony. Very quiet. Excellent location in town. The staff was kind and helpful. Definitely the best place I stayed in Pokhara.

Nishan and his father are extremely kind people and they were always there to help us. The property is clean and the rooms are well-equipped. The location is also very good and we really enjoyed our stay at Nishan Apartments. There is also laundry service which is extremely helpful. On our last day we could stay the whole day in our room (after our checkout) since there was no overlap. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return. Thank you very much Nishan! :)

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The rooms are nice and spacious, with a large and modern bathroom. The rest of the facilities are very nice and you really feel like in a relaxing resort. The breakfast was varied and delicious. You have something to choose for every taste. Also, the in-house restaurant has a nice selection of dishes and the food was delicious. The staff is very kind and attentive. They help you with whatever you need. Really recommend to stay here if you wanna splurge a bit and relax in style, especially after a trek.

I loved everything about my stay in Urban Boutique Hotel. This new, modern, spotless hotel has the best view of lake Fewa in Pokhara. Its located on the nicer end of the town. The rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained, great bathrooms with excellent shower. Very comfortable beds. Modern TV /Internet connection. Aircon Large balconies overlooking the lake. But last and not least the staff are super professional and very kind and lovely. I stayed here in this hotel for over a month because it was simply perfect in every way.
