Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

I recently stayed at Jungle Villa Resort in Kasara, and it was an incredible experience! This is truly one of the best resorts in the area. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and has an amazing river view, which makes it a perfect spot for nature lovers. Its location right next to the national park gives a unique opportunity to spot wildlife like deer, rhinos, alligators, and even peacocks right from the comfort of the resort. One of my favorite moments was enjoying a sundown drink by the river, followed by an entertaining cultural event featuring the traditional Tharu Dance. The jungle safari and village walk were the highlights of my trip, offering an authentic glimpse into the local culture and wildlife. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Jungle Villa Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Kasara.

We had an excellent stay in Kasara. Surely one of the best, if not the best 5 star hotel in Chitwan. Staff were super polite and helpful, facilities was amazing and the food was superb, we enjoyed every single dish we were served. Property was very clean and well looked after. Had a homely feeling. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate us even with our friend who was sick helping to organise transportation and provide breakfast outside of serving hours. Was very lovely

The staff are very kind and helpful. The activities they provide as river walk, canoeing, jung walk and others are well organized and entertaining. We had great time at your hotel and with your amazing giudes. Defenatly would like to come back!

I felt so peaceful and relaxed at this place. they have great food options, lots of nice places to sit and watch the river and an adorable puppy. The owners are so lovely too and always happy to help. I booked the jungle walk and the guides they use were super professional and friendly.

Super nice staff. The owner/manager is a great guy and organised a amazing safari for me. The location is really good as it is a 5min walk away from the entrance into the national park. Overall just a really good place
