The overall design & interior decor of the hotel was exceptional compared to others in Pokhara. The neo-classical design was refreshing, with a nice warm ambience. Hotel was very clean, well lit and with spacious rooms. The young team of staff and the hotel owner were very friendly, helpful and all could speak English. My feedback to provide shower caps in rooms was attended to immediately ! Good location - very near the main shopping area. Excellent b'fast, especially the in-house baked bread. The thali set was yummy - better than that of a well-known restaurant in town that I tried a day earlier.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the serene Fewa Lake, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the menu offered a great variety of local and international options. Whether you're craving Nepali dishes or Western comfort food, you’ll find something satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a warm smile. They made sure I felt at home throughout my stay, and their hospitality was top-notch. If you're visiting Pokhara and looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay with great views, good food, and a friendly atmosphere, Hotel Chino is definitely worth considering. I can’t wait to return!
