The host is verry friendly and the communication worked verry good in english and also in german. The flat has everything we needed and is perfectly located near to the beach. It took us two minutes to walk from the flat to the sea. The beach is realy cool, too. The kids can play at little playgrounds, adults have fun by playing volleyball, basketball, football, go skating or take a lesson at the surf school. We loved the short walk to the playground, beach, recreational facilities, and restaurants. The space was plenty big for our family of four. The bottle of wine was a kind and appreciated gesture.
