The staff were extremely courteous across board - whether in person or over the phone. The room was very well prepared and clean with superb amenities. The food was very good and arrived on time. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I wish we had more time to stay there. The hotel and staffing is fantastic, the access to food vendors and delivery service is awesome but the roads leading to the hotel need to be worked on. I would love to visit it once again once the roads are fixed.
