Lovely spacious apartment, really central and helpful staff. Very clean room too, absolutely no complaints. The pool is such a nice addition. The bed is a sofa bed, but is so comfortable, feels like any bed. Cannot recommend enough :)

We absolutely loved the apartment! Starting with the location: it turned out to be perfect. The street, like this part of Sliema, is peaceful and quiet, without any noisy establishments. At the same time, right around the corner, there’s a promenade, the sea, and just a 5-10 minute walk away is St. Julian's, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, clubs, and the whole nightlife. Another big plus is the bus stop just two minutes away, where 13 bus routes pass through, covering all directions on the island, making it easy to get anywhere. There’s a small convenience store nearby, and a Lidl just 10-12 minutes walk away. As for the apartment itself: it was very clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a large dining table, and a sofa area for relaxing. Further in, there’s a spacious bedroom area with a comfortable bed. The balcony has a separate room with a washer and dryer. Housekeeping was available upon request. On the 9th floor, there’s a small pool with city and sea views (we stayed during the last week of October, and the pool was open 24/7). Special thanks to Monika for her openness, responsiveness, and availability. If we ever come back to Malta, it will definitely be to this location and these same apartments!

Everything was just perfect! Nice modern small hotel in a quiet district, close to bus stops, very well furnished, rich breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff (all of them, no exception). Definitely recommend!

Lovely room and bathroom. Wonderful roof top with a small pool and a bar and the magnificent views over the harbour and towards the 3 Cities across the water. There is a also a very smart spa with indoor pool and sauna etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. They looked after our bags on early arrival and put them in our room for us. They looked after our bags on departure day and that evening after a sweltering day out they gave us access to the shower facility in the spa area.

The room was spacious with a good sized bathroom and a nice shower, plus the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was very good, with really good coffee. Loved the indoor swimming pool. Which was a great escape when the weather wasn’t great.

Basically everything was awesome. The hotel owner is a great person. He is really warm, kind and helpful. Whenever you need something, he would help immediately. The rooms are amazing clean and they have daily room cleaning service if you would need. I stayed in hotels, guest houses in more than 30 countries and i can say it was one of the cleanest one easily.

We are two couples of portuguese people and we loved to stay at one of the Apartments by Sliema Promenade and Beach. I was looking for an apartment for two couples with the same conditions for both, with nice decoration, modern and near  the sea  but out of noisy bars for rest after the adventure days and it was completely fine to stay here. The apartment complied with everything we saw at the advertisement in terms of comfort and localisation and Monika was very useful, helping us to do the check in according to our own schedule, what gave us freedom relating to our trip. We really recommend these apartments.
