Located exactly on the mountain, with exceptional views. Facilities were clean, comfortable and well heated. Staff were very helpful to transfer us to the hotel when we arrived, as the car park was a bit far from the hotel. They also treated us exceptionally well, and were always ready to accommodate us with our needs. Food and drinks were also really good. All in all 10/10 stay

We came from Canada and stayed at this hotel for a short girls’ trip – it was me, my cousin, and a friend. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – just a 3-minute walk to the city center, and our room had a stunning view of the Vardar River. We booked the King Room with a balcony, and the view from there was phenomenal. We spent hours just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The room also had Netflix, which was a fun bonus – we watched all kinds of movies, even some you can’t usually find. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant downstairs was great as well. This hotel had every comfort we were looking for. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Hotel is located in very center of the city but room was very quiet. Personel was very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant on the last floor with panoramic view where very good breakfast was served in the morning.

A five star holiday home! We had the most magical stay here to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary. Nestled in the mountains and surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature; birds singing, crickets chirping, even the occasional tortoise wandering by -this place is pure tranquility. It felt like a true escape from the world. Kate’s directions made it easy to find this hidden gem, and both she and her father were so warm and welcoming. The home was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Just a few minutes’ drive from the canyon, this dream location is not only serene but also perfectly situated.
