The apartment was clean and comfortable and just around the corner from the main pedestrian street. There was off street parking available and the owner was very nice and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Our particular room was on the top floor and had skylight windows and one small window but it was light and airy it wasn’t a problem. There was no problem of street noise.

The friendly family atmosphere of everyone that worked there. They did their absolute best to please all guests. You wouldn’t get that attention in a huge multi building hotel. We met the owners of the property and they treated us to a delicious traditional Macedonian meal. Nothing was too much trouble for them with their busy lives. Sooo welcoming and genuinely beautiful people. We stayed there 2 weeks and I’ve missed them all very much since and a smile always comes when I recall our time there. For €25 per night it was excellent value for my wife and I for 3 nights. Nino was super helpful. The apartment was in a great location; 5 to 10 minutes walk from all of Central Bitola. Parking was available next to the building free of charge. Do bear in mind that like most of Eastern Europe, the area and building entrance etc can seem rather tatty, but it’s what’s behind the front door that counts! Super-comfortable huge bed. No issue with noise at night; slept like a baby! 👶🏻
