The staff were amazing, super helpful, nice and attentive. You get two options for breakfast: continental or Sri Lankan. Only tried the continental, it had delicious fruits and you can get your eggs prepared in several ways. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived , we were captivated by the uniq architecture of the house, designed by the owners themselves. The design of the house is stunning and the rooms are tastefully decorated , blending traditional Sri Lankan charm with modern comforts. Each room exudes a unique artistic flair, making the stay feel both luxurious and homely. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property are top- notch, and Roshan and his wife went out of their way to help me during my stay. This is without a doubt one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. we will definitely return as our experience was simply extraordinary. A really great place right next to the Negombo main street. It was super clean and really good a/c, noise from main street didn't bother us. Felt like a really nice hotel. Well equipped kitchen can also be used. Nice and hospitable hosts, thank you!

Camilas the host was nothing but amazing. I came with my daughter and two elderly parents and he was nothing but hospitable by always checking up on us.
