The super friendly staff, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable (eg when my daughter hurt herself they produced a toy elephant for her to keep, or making different dishes of food because had never tried them). The staff were amazing, super helpful, nice and attentive. You get two options for breakfast: continental or Sri Lankan. Only tried the continental, it had delicious fruits and you can get your eggs prepared in several ways. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
