We arrived to TK homes around 8pm in the evening after 12 hours of train ride and we were really tired that time. Once I opened the apartment door I saw a huge sofa and a tiny dining table in the living area which makes me more relaxed means it looks the same as my home. They have everything which you need. Very luxurious comfortable beds with attached super cleaned and shiny bathrooms. Plus they have an Electric kettle , a water filter, a hot plate , bread toaster , cooker with gas and etc. The price is also very reasonable and their service is more excellent than the money you paid for it. Food is also very tasty and you can order from their menu as well. And also the most important point is you will get free transportation from the railway station to the hotel and from the hotel to the station. Specially Mr. Prashan you really did a great job. Keep up the good work. Overall TK homes team exceeded our expectations without making even any kind of single mistake. I'm so excited to visit them again on my next vacation.

The apartment is beautiful. The host found out our arrival time in advance and met us in the evening for check-in. The place was very clean, comfortable, and mosquito-free — there were fumigators in the rooms. Special thanks for the water, kettle, and tea bags. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. The bathroom was clean too. In the morning, we woke up to an amazing view of the mountains and the river through the palm trees. The area is peaceful, with birds singing. We highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Orelia with our 9-year-old son and had a great time. The place is located about 20 minutes walk from the center of Badulla, which in my opinion is a perfect balance between peaceful rest and easy access to the busy and noisy city. Badulla itself is a fantastic place to experience real local life. It’s a typical Sri Lankan town with very few tourists, and the people are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend visiting Badulla if you're looking for an authentic taste of Sri Lanka. As for the accommodation, there are a few wooden bungalows to choose from. Some are small, some are larger — we saw three of them, and each had its own unique charm. The smallest one had an amazing view and a spacious patio. The two larger ones had a second floor with stairs that might not be ideal for elderly guests, but they also had balconies and patios. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to assist — whether it was doing the shopping, ordering meals from local restaurants, or anything else we needed. I highly recommend this place if you're planning a visit to Badulla.

Our host was more than friendly and heldpful. The location is nice and not too far from the city center, the road to there is a little bumpy but. Breakfast was good, dinner is provided from outside if you want and was very tasty:)

Stay at Railway view villa was amazing. Right above railway station; travelling back and forth to Ella and all nearest sites was much easier as it was only walking distance to the station. Rooms were very clean and was such a comfortable stay. Had a very homely vibe throughout the stay and everyone was really welcoming and helpful. Would recommend 100% for anyone looking for a stay at Badulla near to Ella.

Nine Skies is the definition of boutique luxury. It is a small hotel with only 5 rooms and the service we received from all the staff was truly so personable this really felt like a home away from home. The design of the whole hotel is beautiful with a wonderful living room, with a cosy fire in the evenings, and our suite room was beautiful with a terrace. The pool has an amazing view over the tea plantation. All the meals we had were delicious. Our host was very friendly and helpful, organising day trips for us and setting up our own table with lots of candles for dinner by the pool one evening, and also set up our own private breakfast at a look out point which were both lovely experiences. This hotel is brilliant if you want a very quiet, secluded spot in the Hill Country with excellent service and food. It is an expensive hotel but it is worth the money.

We had such a nice welcome by the friendly owner. She made us feel at home and gave us such good service. As well as the staff. Our stay of one night was too short. We had an extremely nice view from our room on the mountains and train to Ella.
