We had a warm welcome with tea/coffee offered upon arrival. During the stay the host was very approachable for any questions we had. It’s conveniently located and walking distance to the entrance of Adams Peak. Nice breakfast is served, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. One of the best stays of our trip! The room was very, very clean, it had a mosquito net, warm water and the best wifi we've had in Sri Lanka (once it was working) due to fiber connection. The owner was very friendly and let us check out late for free after our Adam's Peak climb. Also really delicious breakfast :)

The hosts are super helpful and will work around your schedule to produce delicious food.This is a great place to be of you wish to walk to the top of Sri Pada /Adam's Peak, being less than km from the starting point, or even more important less than a km from the finish! Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served.So glad we were two night and we would have stayed more if we'd had more days of holidays.

The owner - young guy Chathu is a fantastic host experienced in tourism industry, its a homestay where the family stays downstairs and we have the top all for us with 3 large rooms attached bath rooms with hot water and an extra-large open balcony area to chill, work, read overlooking the water tank through the pine forest, chatus families coking ability is expectational!!! ask for the traditional srilankan rice breakfast and you wont regret, and they do fantastic BBQs, ask chathu for the sight seeing he will take you or direct you, one of our team members got down with his own medical condition and the family came to rescue and send off the guy and his bicycle safely to colombo, all in all food & location was fantastic, safe and clean place for both local and international travelers

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They provided good advice before my ascent of Adams Peak. On my return, they cooked breakfast while I had a shower and offered me a cold beer. The food cooked by this establishment was excellent, good value as well as plentiful. They had plenty of cold beer and were more than accommodating of my needs and couldn't be any more helpful The accommodation itself, was clean, comfortable and 500m to the start of Adams Peak. I can't recommend the Tea Breeze Motel enough
