Wow! Loved every aspect of this accommodation! The location. The furnishings all new but beautifully rustic. The surrounding forestry/ local walks and river.. The full amenities of the cabin. Full kitchen. Open plan living room with comfy bed futons! Great bathroom with washing machine. Great host!! Many thanks Kazu for meeting and greeting us at your lovely woodland cabin! Wonderful stay in an immaculate and welcoming home. All facilities you possibly need. Everything very clean and well presented. Host (Santari Nemoto) is a friendly and helpful man and we shared a lovely evening with him. From booking our evening meal, sharing his Japanese whiskey collection with us, to cooking a delicious breakfast, we would love to thank him for his hospitality and recommend everyone to stay here when you are visiting the area.

The host is an absolute gem of a man! He provided tips & tricks, printed ski resort information to us when we got down for breakfast. Breakfast each morning was eggs and bacon, provided with a pan where you could fry them yourselves. He gave us a bottle of sake as a present when we had dinner, and even sat with us during our meal, sharing stories.

Very close to Daisetsuzan National Park. You can see beautiful hills and snowy peaks from the house. It's peaceful and surrounded by Nature. The host Toru-san is very kind and generous. The room is really cosy. The breakfast made by Toru are very tasty and generous, and he will accommodate special diet, if you let him know. 11/10 for this stay !!
