Warabino team was simply amazing. Everyone is very kind, gentle and proactive. They gave us a ride to and from the train station. That's an important point considering the distance from downtown. We had both meals, breakfast and dinner, with them. All we tasted was fantastic. The possibility to turn the public bath into a private Onsen when there isn't someone using it, it's another differential. The futons was soft and we had a good night sleeping. The heating in our room was the right way too. Surely we'll come back.

This onsen hotel is a pearl if u like traditional Japanese style stay, and we enjoyed the most. It's spotless clean and cosy. The private onsen room is huge. And the dinner is way out of our expectation.(please do have dinner here)!
