Everything-the staff were very polite and helpful. Very quick check in. The room was spacious, very clean with very comfortable bed. Breakfast fabulous. The hotel’s location is perfect-very close to the castle and all important viewing points. We had access to the lounge club which additionally made our stay very pleasant.

Very nice new small hotel. The room was decent size with Japanese standards. Very nice design, a lot of light wood. Good location, walking distance to the station( if you can roll your bag), walking distance to the samurai district. Nice small restaurants around. The staff was very welcoming, they offer free udon in the evening, all drinks in the room are free including beer. They gave us a small goody bag with sweets at the checkout. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was outstanding in all aspects. The attention to detail by housekeeping was unbelievable. They replaced amenities, added Nespresso pods, tea, slippers, pajamas and towels. It has everything we need. The washing machine inside the room was really convenient. The breakfast buffet was amazing since we like Japanese breakfast anyway. The room size is perfect. The bathroom size is spacious, too. We also love the shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. You basically do not need to bring much since the hotel provides your needs.
