I liked the atmosphere of the spa, it was very beautiful outside with the Sakura blossoms. The food was also fresh and tasty at the saiaitei restaurant.

the location and the service was just superb. if you are going to osaka to observe the sakura season, then this is a great location to stay in osaka. if you are visiting osaka outside of sakura season, then this location could be far from some of the main attractions.

Outstanding experience. Best place we stayed in during almost a month of travel. Comfortable beds, nice and spacious room, everything amazing. We took room with a private bath and foot bath because we didn't know what the stance about tattoos was in this onsen, and I am pretty heavily tattooed. Apparently, it's not a problem! We still stayed in a private bath, but it was nice to know that there is an option.

You can not fault this hotel. Two adults and three children. We stayed at the room that has 2 single beds plus 3 Tatami. We spent 7 nights here. Despite the room size being smaller than expected, everything else was perfect. Right next to super marker, metro, walking distance to central district. Japan/Osaka is not a cheap country to travel for a family but this hotel delivevered what it promises on the website.

Initially email communication was misleading , you actually don’t need to request for shuttle fr the San Bandai bus from Osaka. The airport shuttle stops n pickup from there. We stayed 2 nights, no need to book private, the 9Fand B2 baths were great, the interactive Kaiseri dinners were excellent, the breakfast was so good, we skipped lunch both days. Spouse making plans to go back next year. We requested the Japanese style rooms and enjoyed it despite tough getting up fr the floor due to my titanium knees

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the Grand Front Osaka.
