Travelling with a family of 5, the huge room and 2 bathrooms/toilets was a lovely surprise! The main bathroom was sectioned off, and contained: bathtub and shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Another toilet was in a little room by itself, and there was a separate shower room, perfect for large groups of travelers! The living room was large and comfortable, we had 2 large double beds and 2 single beds in the room, and the view from the large L shaped balcony was great! Encountered no issues with parking, there are 2 rooms per floor of this condo complex, and I believe they allow 1 parking space per room. Checking-in was a breeze, the reception was unmanned and since we done the online pre-check-in all we needed to do was scan our passports on the tablet at reception.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The reception named Mei was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was superb with many varieties. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.

Check in instructions were clear and simple. It is located in a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach and the American Village. We had all we need in the room.

The location was great! Super close to the sea wall, lots of food places & bars nearby and the convenience store was only a short walk away. The bed was really comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower. Super nice & helpful staff!

I really liked how well equipped the kitchen was. All that you could want for preparing food at home was thought of. The combined washer/dryer was also very helpful. My stay in Chatan was for karate training and daily washing was a necessity for me. The location was also perfect for my needs. The space was clean and large, and I could imagine would suit a family of four well.

I love everything. Room so complex, comfort, useful, functional, clean and tidy. You can see a firework from your hotel. It so amazing. Please come and stay.! As I expected hotel closed to American village. Yes it is but due to the weather is soooo hot then I cannot walk there.

Excellent rooms - large by Japanese standards, nicely equipped with nice quality furnishings and facilities, great shower and comfortable bed. Air conditioner was great too. Staff very friendly and helpful.
