We certainly enjoyed our stay. The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.

The best was the 2 seater bath in the room and good view to the town.The owner was very helpful but I did not meet him. Decoration of the flat is also unic and nice.

Let was very pleasant to deal with, very forthcoming with information and very accommodating with transportation. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless and the breakfast had a great variety of choice. A great place to escape the city.
