After arrival, very nice lady at the reception informed us that there is AC malfunction exactly in our 2 rooms so we need to stay in hotel nearby. She confirm that it's the same standard. Hotel where we end up is called Ambra and I never stayed in such a dirty disgrace. I'm leaving this bad opinion in here as I booked with B&B Hotel Quarto d'Altino but they don't reply to my complain.Guest review byAgataPeople with friends

Unfortunately the day we came the restaurant wasn't open so they organised for us to eat at a nearby place when we arrived late, which was a lifesaver. They made us feel really welcome, especially our young kids. Breakfast was excellent, and they helped organise a late checkout so we could use the swimming pool and relax. It is located literally at the train station of Quarto d’Altino and you can reach Venice in 20 min. The hotel offers free parking for the quests, the service is excellent and it is very clean. Perfect base if you don't want to pay a lot of money in Venice or Jesolo, for example. We spent a long weekend there and had a super time.
