The staff were very helpful! Everything was up to standard, modern and very clean. We also got upgraded during our stay which was a lovely surprise and we really appreciated it ☺️ We only had breakfast one morning however there was a very good selection and food was great.

Everything was absolutely perfect

The property was absolutely beautiful. The room was modern, had all the amenities you need and was spacious as well! The room was well equipped with new appliances and it was generally very well designed. Upon arrival the reception was super helpful and super nice as well! All in all an amazing stay.

The Hotel is situated in the historic centre of town a few steps away from the conference hall, exhibition grounds(Fortezza da Basso) and train station.

Great staff! They were very kind and helpful. Clean hotel with good breakfast. Only 5-10 min walk away from historic cente. I would choose Rapallo for my next visit without second thought.

Good price regarding overpriced Firenze apartment. Easy location to find from train station. Welcoming host and staff. They have pantry so you can snacking and having coffee in the morning . AC works really well.
