    We had booked the property to stay with extended family for a nearby wedding. The owner of the property, Daniela, could not have been more helpful. A real simple stay, with comfortable pillows and mattress. Breakfast each morning was simple. On our last night, Daniela prepared a Tuscan feast for us!!! Again simple, but so tasty and filling. While there try the Vermintino and Cabernet Sauvignon from the properties vines. Could not have been happier

    Daniela is a great host! We felt like a part of family there. Room was clean, beds were super comfortable, room as on the pictures, pools clean, the location was great, quite, peaceful with the amazing views to the town of Montemassi. Breakfast was great, we've got everything that we have asked for. Wine tasting was great experience. At least one dinner prepared by Daniela is a must - it was amazing food and Ristella house wine - perfect evening! I could write more and more.. thank you Daniela for hosting us!

    very nice location in spring we could not use the pool but perfect for families especialy when you stay in house in summer must be great

    Breath taking view on Mantemassi town. Very well equipped accommodation. Swimming pool with salty water. Good location for bikeing with kids. Not so far from the see and aquapark. Interesting small towns and good restaurants in neighborhood. Ideally for two families with children.
