We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is new, well renovated. Manuela met us the day we arrived, put us up, gave us a map and told us about the main attractions, beaches, etc. We arrived by car, the large and convenient parking lot in front of the hotel is free. The hotel is located on a mountain, it was convenient to get there by car. I think it would be difficult to get there without a car. But the hotel has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Price and quality of the hotel: 10 out of 10 points. Breakfast is tasty and adequate. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet, there is a lawn where children can play. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. Perfect for company and 100% for those traveling on motorcycles. We stayed in a 4 bed room on the second floor, 2 rooms, balcony, windows overlooking the mountains and Lake Como. Wifi was excellent. There was a spiral staircase leading up to our room, which was a bit difficult with a large suitcase. The room had a kettle, small fridge, tea and coffee. This was our second time at Lake Como, so we chose this hotel to be able to see Lake Como from both sides, and it worked. I am sure this hotel would be a pleasure to return to. We wish prosperity and success to the family that runs this hotel.

The location is a bit up which requested just a little bit of walking (upward) but for those who are aware of that (and/or sporty types) this will be great. The walk up was a very good idea after a nice lunch or dinner by the lake. The property is well equipped (especially the kitchen - more than you can expect, eg a regular size fridge and stove), plus a hairdryer and an iron. The bed is very comfortable (as for a person with back issues). Planty of space in a wardrobe. One full bathroom and one with a toilet. Very good heating system (we did not use air conditioning) and very good internet. The place is very good, clean, comfortable and quit. We enjoyed early morning walks (many places to go with dogs). The place is a bit hidden from shops and regular traffic (which was perfect for us)

Really Nice hotel in quiet village. Clean and comfortabel rooms with clean bathroom. Delicious food, we eat there dinner in the evening. Big and very tasty breakfast. Nice and friendly personel / owners. We recomend this place❤

The apartment was excellent, comfortable spotless and a lovely terrace with stunning views. We were delighted to see a washing machine after a week of hotels. Kitchen was well equipped so well that we decided to cook rather than eat in restaurants ( you can get tired of that). The terrace is a beautiful spot with table and chairs to dine out. Even a good table cloth was provided. The kitchen had a dishwasher and tablets were provided for it and the washing machine. A home from home. Very comfortable large bed. The mill conversion from a ruin to stunning apartments is a tribute to the young owners. Claudia in particular was a lovely host. Calico has a ferry service that allows you to visit all the towns in the area. We got a later ferry in Bellano a few km down the road as we were too late for the Calico one. We enjoyed our lazy breakfast on the terrace. A wonderful place to relax

    Our stay at the hotel was amazing. We stayed with my daughter and felt at home. The room was very spacious and clean. Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, which is very rare. Andrea's family welcomed us very cordially, even providing some games for my daughter. Lake Como is a 15-minute drive and 45 minutes to the waterfalls with a refreshing swim. I highly recommend it.

    Agriturismo is surrounded by greenery, cows, sheep's and mountains. Very good breakfast with fresh and own produced products. lovely premises tour - informative tour re their cows and milking a goat. children will enjoy it
