The location is very good. Centre of Duino is at 10 minutes walking distance, bowling and pizza next to the place, food store at 2 minutes. The apartment was very clean and had lots of useful stuff in it. The host was perfect. Very helpful and gentile. Gave us advice about all the places in the area we have to visit.

Frederica and Giorgio were excellent hosts - there to greet us, help, offer a snack/coffee or give ideas on where to go. They happily made reservations for dinner and engaged in wonderful conversations. The Bed and Breakfast has a welcome unique niche that is to be appreciated - it is to build community, enjoy conversations, and yet still have the privacy of your own room.

Room was clean, comfortable and modern but the amazing part was the owners. Cristina and the gentleman with her were extremely helpful after a delayed flight and patchy WiFi at airport.causing communication issues.
