The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

We liked everything ! Milena the owner was very friendly and helpful she ensured that we were well looked after. It was a hot evening when we arrived for a one night stay and she checked that we were happy with the aircon then later on messaged again and explained how to adjust it if required and checked it was cold enough We were travelling by train the next day. She took us to the station. And stopped off at a bakery to enable us to get a good breakfast before boarding the train . The apartment is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and is very clean with comfortable beds. It’s a great base to discover the area . Umbria is a beautiful area.
