You find the hotel in the middle of nowhere with a stunning view. During the night from our room we could see aurora borealis, and in the morning we woke up for the sunrise. Staff was super nice an very helpful. Breakfast and dinner was tasty. Definitely a place to come back to 😍

The room was very cozy and had a great view! Beds were comfortable and the food was great. The staff are all nice and friendly. I've ordered brownies for my husband's birthday, and they added tiramisu with it and a cute little happy birthday sign, and didn't charge me for it.

This family-run, hillside hotel is 6 km from Kirkjubæjarklaustur and a 1-hour drive from Skaftafell National Park. It offers traditional Icelandic food, a furnished terrace and countryside views.

The hotel is really modern and cozy, breakfast was also the great point. The location is perfect if you have a car and want to visit Vik and Diamond Beach.
