The receptionist is really the best, whatever I asked or needed, he organized it like a magician. It was all so easy and quick whenever I expressed what I needed (transport, train tickets, etc) The property is very nice and beautiful The rooms are really large Breakfast is delicious

Amazing ambience and decor, a real heritage/boutique hotel vibe, especially with the lovely, peaceful garden. The hotel is set back a bit from the road, so the traffic beeping was only just slight background noise. Absolutely excellent staff, the owners were super helpful and the cook made excellent, made to order meals.

Nice simple room that was very clean. Auntie who owns the place is very friendly, though she doesn't speak much English. She will make you a nice breakfast too if you want. Peaceful area, very quiet at night. It is a bit away from the busy part of town, though if you don't mind a walk it's fine. You can also call an Uber car or bike to take you, though beware the auto drivers might not go there due to the steep hill.

Exceptional staff and services. We got in quite exhausted after our travelling and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relax. Special mention Ashok from the front office, Kavitha the chef, Santosh in house keeping and Chandini and Vanitha from hospitality/ Food and beverage. The room was very clean, better than in the pictures. Even if it was too hot, the temperature in the room was kept with the fan and the AC. And it is a new property, very well isolated. The area is safe, and there are very good restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was wonderful after the long day traveling. Breakfast in the morning was very complete.

I was really well received by the family guest house and neighbors, especially the mother that was really caring, they try to help me with all what i need (calling for transport, explaining how to get to the fort, asking exchange rate), clean, i sleep well, equipment to cook (just buy staff before night), and the owner offer me also help in kumbh mela, great expérience in a neighborhood outside of tourist area
