I recently stayed at Vivanta Thane LBS Road and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel itself is luxurious, very new and beautifully maintained. From the moment I arrived I noticed the exceptional service and attention to detail from all the staff which made the experience truly memorable. A special mention must go to Yash the Duty Manager who went above and beyond to ensure that everything during our stay was perfect. His professionalism and warmth made my wife and I feel very welcome. I would also like to highlight Saurabh in Mynt restaurant who provided outstanding service every time we dined there. He took great care in making sure I was comfortable and his friendly approach added a personal touch that made a real difference. Overall my experience at Vivanta Thane was excellent. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Our room was clean, spacious and included everything we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff in all areas of the hotel did a great job and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was exceptional; we enjoyed it on all five days of our stay and were impressed by the variety of offerings. The dinner buffet was also excellent and we were spoilt for choice. We have recommended this property to family and friends & our already looking forward to our next stay here!
