Very friendly staff and especially great and very friendly service during meals. Great breakfast and dinner, both served as buffet and both comperatively much better than in other similar hotels. Private parking not offered by hotel but easy to find free street parking next to hotel.

Wow! What a lovely stay my wife and had at Anna’s property. We were touring from Tel Aviv and Haifa and then going towards Jerusalem; we wanted to experience beautiful northern Israel on the way. Anna was so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were looked after. There are 2 studio apartments only, so it’s nice and quiet (other than excitable local dogs!) in this gated hilltop village location overlooking The Sea of Galilee in the distance which was beautiful. The apartment has everything you need and a large and EXTREMELY comfortable bed and pillows with good support. We slept like babies!!! The highlight after such a great night’s sleep was the optional homemade breakfast which Anna brought up to us on a tray to eat on the balcony. David and Ariela are extremely heartwarming and hospitable hosts! Their attentiveness to their guests' needs really make you feel at home. They are always willing to help out if you have any questions on travel & public transport information around the Galilee area. Most importantly, you can always have a great conversation with them and learn more about life in Israel and Tiberias! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with very good wifi. The common room was also nice for meeting and talking to other travellers staying in the hostel. With 53 years of tradition, it really is an institute!

everyone was amazingly friendly. Kim looked after us with the greatest attention. He was extremely courteous and helpful at all times. We were enjoying the most beautiful views as the hotel is right on Sea of Galilee with nothing between and the sea that we extended our stay by a couple of days. The sun loungers around the pool were the most comfortable we have ever experienced . The food in the hotel for breakfast and evening meal was excellent and Louis ( food manager) and Jameel were so obliging when we asked for some grapefruit and again anything you asked it was efficiently done. Jonathon ( manager of front desk) was also friendly and helpful at all times.Fabiola at the evening meal was a delight and full of fun. Ken kept our room spotless and was very efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful voice and guitar of Mor Seporta in the evening so make sure you catch her repertoire Please don’t miss out on this fabulous boutique hotel! Absolutely fabulous pool . We had a panoramic view room which is breath taking and definitely recommend it. it’s spacious and a/c is excellent throughout hotel.

The attention they gave us was excellent and above all, the cleaning was very good. Very good hosts, with timely response at all times. Just one detail, this room is designed for a couple and to prepare food or bring the bed. They don't have restaurant service, but that was clear from the beginning. They gave us the option of contacting a person who brought us breakfast but in our case, we preferred to buy the things and prepare it ourselves. But the place is very nice, excellent service, definitely highly recommended. We will definitely return there!
