About the shuttle: the desk don't said exactely all the avalaible time, and it's not clear, which are free, or not! the time schedule are not frequent enough: 4 am, 7 am, 10 am, 1 am. use Gojek application to book a car for 45.000 rupiah, it's easer! The swiiming pool is really good and very long! Their should clean the carpets at the various level put tiles everywhere in the emergency staircase give two cards for the lift when you are two people! repair some tiles in the swimming pool and keep close the covers covreing the breakfast hot meals... because yes, the breakfast is really very good, but better warm!

The new Hyatt Place Makassar is the perfect place to stay while in Makassar. Not only the location is perfect, also the rooms & all the amenities are really nice. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean, very comfortable bed, big bathroom. The restaurant offers delicious meals and breakfast is has a huge selection of all kind and all type of wishes ( international and asian breakfast ). The service and the service staff is excellent. Nice swimming-pool area. Hyatt hotels have never dissapointed us so far.😉 We would always come back!

The owner Marlah was very welcoming. She helped me with my visa application & transport. She & Leah were friendly and accommodating always offering to do things for me. The breakfast was huge with fruit, banana pancake & fried eggs. I felt very comfortable in her very clean guesthouse. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Nasrul is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. It's a perfect stop from Makasar to Rante Pao, because Nasrul organised that the bus stopped on the way and we didn't have to drive back to Makasar. Don't forget to order the food. They will freshly cook and amazing meal that is hard to find on the street. Don't expect high end luxury but a real authentic homestay with a lovely family. Whatever they earn they put back to upgrade the homestay, so you will be helping them by staying. Although Ramang Ramand is not listed as a highlight, it definitely should be!
