The residence and it's location is just mind blowing. Having breakfast and morning coffee at that large terrace feels like being right above the beautiful Greek sea.the view is really amazing .the house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The host is polite and always there when you need him .the details given for check in and out were simple and quick. Privacy is also an option there.our children loved the grass at the back yard .I would totally recommend it and I would definitely choose it again. Thumbs up.

The whole villa is exceptional. Its crystal clean and has everything you need for your family stay. We stayed for over a week with a baby and felt very comfortable. Very nice and comfortable place! Close to the beach with perfect water (but take in mind, that the way is not plane :-) ) Comfortable and cozy place with sea-view (from the upper floor); well equipped territory with perfect grass and enough number of parking places! Hospitable hosts!

Istira was one of the best holidays we had. We were welcomed and treated as family members and felt at home during the whole stay. The room is superbly clean, well-organized, and spacy. There was no need to use the air conditioner not even once despite 35 degrees outside. The food was delicious, the atmosphere relaxed and peaceful, and it was a genuinely perfect holiday.

The hotel is run by very kind staff. The owner is a very nice lady who is always available and with a personal attitude to the guests. The breakfast is very delicious with home made jams by the owner and local food. The room is big enough and cleaned every day. The pool is a good asset and it is quiet during the day and night. The village Afytos is wonderful with very nice restaurants and local shops and boutiques. The beach is at a walking distance with stairs and around 10 minutes walk. Reachable by car too. Definitely I reccomend the Stratos Hotel.

Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.
