The hotel had a great location – a beautiful, clean, and comfortable small family-run hotel. Everything met our expectations and matched what was promised. The restaurant by the beach, right next to the hotel, served incredibly tasty food made from fresh, local ingredients – for example, there was a tomato field right next to the restaurant! All our additional requests and questions were answered quickly and positively. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, with Pablo standing out as the true face of the hotel thanks to his exceptional service. The hotel is located just a short walk from a beautiful beach. I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality, peace, and a relaxing holiday :)

From arrival and the drive towards the villa you knew you would be in for a treat, what a location and view for the villa! Just stunning sunsets , tranquil and serenity in stylish accommodation. Nikos is most friendly and very thorough on the villa rules. Warm welcome with local treats and some home baked goods on different morning. Always on hand to help with anything, just great communication from host. The villa is only 5-10mins drive to a very lovely beach with a great strip of restaurants with the perfect holiday vibe, also close enough to travel to kissamos to visit the famous beaches, just the most perfect base for Crete.

Staying at Liza’s place was truly unforgettable. The beds were so comfortable, and every morning we enjoyed the peace of the beautiful garden with its breathtaking view of the mountains. What really made our stay special were the wonderful owners — so welcoming and attentive. We were greeted with fresh fruits and homemade olive oil, and Maria even treated us to her delicious homemade pastries, which felt like a gift from the heart. The location is perfect for exploring the many beaches nearby, as well as Rethymno and Chania. We felt at home here from the very first moment, and we would love to return again. A very nicely reconstructed traditional house. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed for solo travelers who don't like all inclusive. Beautiful view from the terrace of Mount Kástro (we were at the top). Fres is a quiet and peaceful mountain village. Church bells and sheep bells completed the romantic atmosphere that we love so much.
