This is an amazing place! The house is very cozy and atmospheric, it is clear that it was made with love. The courtyard is nice, there is everything you need to relax - a barbecue area, tables, a hammock, a swing (many swings), a pool! If you are looking for a place for a quiet holiday with comfort and magnificent views (mountains, river, starry sky) - here you are! The hostess is responsive and always in touch! This place is so amazing because of her love for her creation!

Newly built nice cottages. Private territory in front with place for BBQ, tables, hammok. Quiet and cosy. Close to the waterfall, restaurants, local market, restaurants, etc. Very friendly host. Organised us rafting and rented out ATV for a reasonable price. There is a common kitchen in front of the cottages with all necessary appliances. There is a 24/7 supermarket 5 mins away from the property.

We recently had the opportunity to spend a few days in a charming mountain cabin! We must admit that it was one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.

Interesting hotel a little bit out of Batumi center but really nice view to city center and close to botanic garden. The room had nice view, lot of day light, all equipment you need from small balcony to table, heater of water, glasses,... Really nice host, warm and she prepare every day different local breakfast. A lot of different thinks to pick and all was so delicious. We travel 10 days around Georgia and for sure that was the best breakfast we had. Was so good we forgot to take a photo of breakfast. Really recommended to all who visit Batumi. Only think is Google map who not have right location of a hotel. Below photos that you will easyer found it. There are direction board but maybe a little small. When you drive out of main road cca. 400 m drive to hotel. The road go quite up in forest...
