Everything was clean, tidy, and of good taste in this cozy villa. Tkibuli is a beautiful mining town with many "decaying" buildings from the former USSR era. But as it is not yet a popular destination, I saw hardly any foreign tourists in August. Maybe that explains the great value this accommodation provides. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the main bus stop.

Very modern and luxurious feeling accommodation and restaurant. Room was very comfortable and cosy, staff was friendly and food in the hotel restaurant was really delicious. Great opportunity to taste some local wines too. We would definitely stay there again!

Communication with the host was really easy. The location and house are stunning. Everything you need is present, there is even an air fryer (we didn't use it, so not sure how it functions). It is very close to the pillar and there is a very big garden.

Great location, outside of village, not too far but overseeing nature. Big house, gigantic living room. Friendly and helpful owner. Clean new house, nicely arranged rooms. Equipped kitchen, big bathroom.

This stay is perfect for who wishes to be somewhere around Kutaisi but does not like to stay in the city buzz. We were warm welcomed here and I can easily say that from our entire trip through Georgia, this is where we ate the best. You can take the opportunity to cook together with the hostess who is véry passionate! Also the rooms are good and with good airconditioning.
