WOW! This place is just amazing. The hosts are incredible—the most kind, welcoming, and generous people. They took such good care of us and made us feel like family. All the meals we had were hearty and made with love. It’s also the most beautiful location in all of Georgia, absolutely unbeatable. There is brilliant hiking and stunning views. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and every room has a balcony with a view. It so was hard to leave. We will be back!

Every part of this stay was incredible! Dato, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! This lodge is incredible if you love hiking and want to explore the mountains surrounding it, and I wouldn’t miss out on the enchanting path that leads down to the river. It’s also an ideal distance from the center of Mestia. I really loved the food here both breakfast and dinner, where you’re served local/Georgian dishes. I can happily say that Ajapsandali is now my favourite, because of how deliciously it was prepared here. More than anything, if you’re looking for a city escape, you’ll be surrounded by the blissful sounds and scents of nature which are perfect for moments of tranquility. The surroundings are calm with breathtaking Mountain views. Also, if you take a stroll in the evening, you may be lucky to see fireflies which feels really special. I highly recommend this lodge for a solo traveler as well as families/ groups.

Great place, delicious homemade food and wonderful hosts! The chacha was delicious! Galina is a wonderful person who told us how to get to interesting places in the area and gave us lots of tips about staying in Georgia. Despite staying in May, it was very cold outside, and inside we had heating and could dry our clothes without any problem. The whole family hosted us very well, we felt like we were with family. We will definitely come back! We fell in love with Georgia thanks to this family. Thank you!
