As 1st experience in Gruzia this is definitely very local place. Its in a small village and off the grid. The rooms are big but with old equipment and water was not always hot. Don't expect luxury. Warm and hospitable owner who offered us best red wine we had in Georgia. If you want beautiful local experience, meet great people and taste exceptionally good wine then this is great place! Also there is beautiful hot spring 20 minutes by car.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and were always ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Kutaisi’s main attractions and shops. The restaurant in Newport Hotel was amazing. They have the best food in the area.
