I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

The manager and the staff are great people. The rooms are cleaned up very nicely by Tanya and her colleague. Aram and Igor are good at the front desk and they are also very informative and helpful. Mila is very informative and caring, throughout the whole stay she made sure that her guests had a unforgettable stay and gave us advice on multiple places to visit and she has great communication skills and a little bit of jokes.

Really great hotel, excellent location and views. The family room is actually 2 connected rooms which is really convenient and comfortable. The staff is great, they always made us feel at home and were extremely helpful. We did one tour organized by the hotel and it was wonderful. Breakfast is very good.
