Charming place with kind and helpful staff. Spacious room is separated from the bar and the restaurant so there is no noise. Food for dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast was also fabulous. Spent just one night but would definitely come back again to explore Peak District.

Beautiful, well presented property with all mod cons. Well located for walking into Hathersage and a handy pub right in the doorstep. Would definitely go again.

Great location to explore Peak District. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It’s not my first time staying here, and I’ll definitely come back again. A fantastic place!

We loved the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast! There was nothing wrong with the shower as mentioned in an earlier review... It was great! Our host was very accommodating and informative. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The good parking was a bonus. Oh, and the cake was delicious!
