Mark and his lovely wife were absolutely wonderful. They waited for us and also got some bread and butter and milk for the first breakfast. There was plenty of coffee and tea and cerials as well along with jam and biskuits. The place is absolutely marvellous and lovely decorated and the beds were ever so comfy. They surprised my daughter with a birthday surprise and a lovely card. I highly recommend this place for any stay, as it was ideally situated at the end or beginning of high street close to all amenities and great restaurants. Mark and his wife were excellent hosts and make you feel like home away from home 🤩

Our room that we always have 127 is ideal for us and our furbaby neve its a lot quiter where we are also the staff are excellent Demi on reception was extremely helpful and I thank her for all what she did to accommodate our stay then we have Olivia who was also lovely and helpful then you have summer who was behind the bar and also lovely and helpful and then Jan the housekeeper who made our room lovely that is why we keep coming back we try and get there 3 times a year the food again was excellent especially the breakfast it was really busy as there was 2 big functions on so 100% I give to them all thank you for making our 3 days special 😊 xx

Lovely, helpful and accomodating front of desk staff. Spacious, Clean and comfortable family room with DBL bed for us and three single beds for our three children which is rare but very welcome. Great breakfast. Convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Fans in the room were wonderful given how hot it was when we were there.

Room size was great for a family. Very clean room and public areas. Excellent breakfast. Loved the plants and tropical fish tanks. Free wifi worked great. TV in the kids room separate from the main room was great.

When we first arrived (a few hours earlier) our family suite wasn't ready, but another family room was, so they allowed us to use this. The room was a fair size, and I liked that the kids beds had a door separating from the double bed. The breakfast had a good selection and they accommodated for dairy free.

Despite the tired look, the room was very clean and the staff welcomed us with a smile. Jacob was extremely attentive, organised and polite in the breakfast room. Excellent family rooms with separate adjoining room for the children, even one with three single beds for our family of 5.
