Staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, I ended up being a couple hours earlier in selby than I first thought. When I let them know, they made sure to push my room clean forward so I could check in a little earlier than I expected.

On arrival, the housekeeper, Chris, came across the road to open up. She was friendly and helpful. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast is continental but you have the option to cook your own brekkie if required. Pub in the village is a 10 mins walk and is awesome with filling food available; great atmosphere.

During my 4 days stay: My room overlooking the abbey was amazing, the location was fabolous and the staff were great.. Thank you guys for everything. Especially i can tell you that if you like to eat a hot burger, you HAVE to visit them.. They have great people visiting them as well..
