The hosts were fantastic and having breakfast in their wonderful garden was very special especially as were were fortunate to have lovely warm weather. We were able to drink Champagne outside in the evening in the garden and the host were so lovely to make us feel comfortable. Really a great family run hotel definitely would stay again.

Very nice apartment, 10 minutes from the city center of Épernay by foot. It is clean, spacious and modern with 2 large bedrooms, kitchen/living room and bathroom. The communication with André Florian has been perfect. We can very much recommend this homestay.

This property is a 5 star luxury spa experience. It is stylish, has contemporary decor, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub is a huge bonus. The host of this property is so welcoming, helpful and their attention to detail made our stay very special. Epernay town centre is a 10 minute walk away, close to the champagne house tours. Definitely recommend to stay.

Amazing. A real boutique place, nothing to add. beautiful and tasteful decor, no better location in town. Perfect Evian and 1/2 bottle champagne in the fridge :). Smart staff, not often to come by!

The room was very nice and it's very close to all the champagne houses in Aÿ, but the real differentiator is the staff. So very keen to make sure we had a nice stay, very serviceminded. Meet our need for an early check in and very early checklist out. Presented examples of what to see and do, helped out with ironing. All was done even though they speek very little English and we no French. Old school service and kindness, we loved it!
